Hello and welcome back everyone to another great episode of Teach One Tuesday podcast. We're going to get into a great subject today. Before we do that, let's get into that great theme music, family. Welcome back, everyone, and welcome to a brand new, brand new year, man. And um, I'm excited about 2026. Um, some great things, man, that I'm planning personally um um planning for this year, and that I'm excited about and I'm excited to put out. Um, but today I wanted to get into a subject today, and I want to talk about projects and um you know, and planning those projects. And I think uh it's important, man. It's important to organize yourself and um you know put everything in order. And so um I'll start off by telling you what my two projects are for this year. Um, number one, I'm putting out a new album this year, Kingdom Radio 2, and um, and I'm also putting out a book this year. So these are my two projects. And so um I'm working on the book, it's basically done, but I'm still working on the album, of course, you know, in the recording, writing and recording phase, phases of the project. But these are the two projects that are on my heart and that I'm excited to put out this year, and uh just for for people to enjoy my music and also uh information that I'm putting out. Um I'm gonna keep the book under wraps for right now. I'm not gonna say too much about it because I'm I'm gonna be advertising it. But yeah, I'm putting out a new album and a new book this year, and and my first book actually this year. And so um I'm excited about that. And so, you know, what I've had to do is really organize myself, set time apart, um, and to really uh so I can focus and so I can put my everything into that time and so I can come out with a great product. And so I'm encouraging you this year, as we are at the top of the year, to think about what it is that you want to accomplish this year. It doesn't have to be a book or an album or anything like that, but whatever, think about whatever it is that you want to accomplish that you'll be proud of in December. Um, and so that you can look back on 2026 and say, yeah, I got that done. I was able to, you know, improve in this area, I was able to improve in that area. And um, you know, because it's really about at the end of the day, yes, we we have these projects and things we want to accomplish, but at the end of the day, it's really about the person you are becoming. And that's what I want to put before you at the beginning of this year, you know, as I continue to, you know, uh give information and and continue to share, which I'm I'm so happy to do on this uh on this platform, Teach One Tuesday Podcast, and on my blog, uh Sonic Kingship Art Blog. I'm so happy to continue to you know share information. And so um I want you to jump in there. If if you don't have a project yet, I want you to think about what it is you want to do. And big or small, this is not about size. This is just about something that you are looking forward to, something that you want to do, you want to accomplish, um, that will make you feel uh make you feel great at the end of the year, and knowing that you have grown, you have um added so much more uh to your life, you have grown in your skills, whatever your skill is, whatever uh uh it may be, uh such as, you know, of course we're talking about music on this podcast, so such as songwriting or or engineering or or um music production, um, you know, sound design, you know, vocals, whatever it may be. I want you to pick something and I want you to work towards that, and then figure out how often you want to work on this project, how often you want to spend time getting better in this area. And this is really going to shape you. It's really going to make you a better person. It's going to make you better in your chosen field or desire area that you want to grow in. And um, you know, it's really going to take everything to the next level. And so, you know, the projects that I have been coming, that I have been putting out um from my first EP, Authentically Me, to my singles, um uh uh uh Greater Love and uh Christ the King, and and and then uh Kingdom Radio, the first Kingdom Radio, you know, all these projects has shaped me. It has uh uh caused me to grow so much more and to um take things to the next level. And that's what I need. I want to grow each and every project. And so I want you to also put yourself in that mindset, you know, it's not going to, nothing's gonna happen on its own. That's nothing, it's not, of course, I think if you're listening to this, I think you know that already, that nothing is going to happen on its own. It's gonna take you um acting on this thing, growing, reading, you know, taking things to the next level, becoming better and better, you know, and um it it really causes you to also trust yourself because if you set out set a goal that you accomplish, you learn to trust yourself, you learn to believe yourself and to believe in yourself as well. And so um, this is very, very important to me. And let me say this this is not about trying to impress someone else. I want to be clear about what I'm saying in this episode. This is not about impressing anybody else, this is about you becoming, this is about you um being greater than what you were in 2025. Don't get me wrong, celebrate what you did in 2025, celebrate that, you know, be proud, be happy um about what you have accomplished in 2025, 2020 five. But now in 26, we're at the very top, and so I want you to take this time to rethink about it. My wife and I, we went to get journals, uh not journals, we went to get planners, and uh I also got uh purchased a notebook just for ideas um to help me to be organized in what I want to do and uh to know what uh I want to accomplish for each week. You know, and for me, the older I get, the more time just is is precious to you. Um yeah, I mean I'm I'm 38 years old, so I'm you know, I'm not like 50 or 60 or anything like that. Um so you know, but each and every week is becoming so much more precious to me, and even each month, each year is so precious. And so I want to spend my time wisely, and and that also means also stepping away from your process as well, and spending time with family doing something that you love to do. All right. So it's it's you know, I just want to drop this in. I'm gonna be dropping some great information this year and uh continue to, you know, give you guys so much value, and um, I'm so happy to do so. But I want you to think about what projects you want to um what projects you want to work on this year, uh what you want to get better at. Uh, and and I'll tell you another one because I gave you two, but this year, I think I kind of I kind of already told you, but time management, um, not that I haven't managed my time in the past, I have, but I want to be better at managing my time um and making sure I get to what I want to get to. Not all in one day. Now, this is another thing. I want to get to the place where I don't feel like I have to accomplish everything in one day, but look at how much I have accomplished over the course of the week. That's what's really important, I believe. That you're moving uh each and every day, or each and every week or every other day. However often you work on you're working on your projects, you're moving. You know, if the problem comes in is when you don't work on these projects at all, and weeks go by, months go by, and you're not growing because you're not working on them. And so I want to help us and I want to steer us in the right direction and to make sure um that we are all moving forward. I don't want to move forward by myself. I want all of us to move forward and all that we want to do, and um, so that we can continue to become great, we can continue to accomplish all that we want to accomplish, and so that we can continue to make this world a better place, love people the way that we can love them through our gifts and talents and abilities. That's what it's really about. All right, so I'm gonna end this here, man. I'm I'm happy to start this year off a great note. Let's get into our projects, let's grow.
